[Abstract] Objective：To investigate the effect of nursing management based on the assessmentcommunication-monitoring-patient-environment （ACMPE）model on vestibular symptoms in patients with vestibular vertigo.Method： A total of 8O patients with vestibular vertigo admitted to Yichun People's Hospital from January to September 2O24 were randomly divided into two groups，4O patients were treated with conventional nursing intervention as thecontrol group，and 4O patients were treated with nursing management intervention based on the ACMPE model as the observation group.The vestibular symptoms，degre of vertigo，balance ability，psychological state，and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated. Result： After the intervention，the psychological state score，vertigo degree score and vestibular symptom score of the observation group werelower than those of the control group （ P <0.05）.After intervention，the balance ability score and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group （ P<0.05） .Conclusion： Nursing management based on the ACMPE model for patients with vestibular vertigo can improvevestibular symptoms and psychological states，allviate the degree of vertigo，enhance balance ability and nursing satisfaction.
