[Abstract] Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of Kuntai Capsules combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the repair of endometriumafter repeated induced abortion.Method： One hundredand twenty early pregnant women who had a history of induced abortion of 2or 3 times and requested another induced abortion and were admited to Ganzhou People's Hospital fromJuly 2O22 to June2O24 were selected.According to therandom number table method，the patients were divided into the observation groupandthe control group，with 6Ocases in each group.Both groups took Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets after surgery.The observation group took Kuntai Capsules after surgery，combined with thunder-fire moxibustion treatment，and the control group took Kuntai Capsules after surgery.The vaginal bleeding after surgery was compared between the two groups.The abdominal pain after surgeryof the two groups was compared.The endometrial thickness after surgery was compared between the twogroups.The complications of thetwo groups were recorded within 3monthsafter surgery.Result：The vaginal bleeding time after surgery in the observation group was shorter than thatin the control group，and the vaginal bleeding volume was less than that in the control group （P<0.05） .Forty-eight hours after surgery，the abdominal pain severity of the observation group was better than that in the control group （ P <0.05）. The endometrial thickness of the observation group during the two consecutiveovulation periods after surgery were greaterthan that of the control group （ P <0.05）.The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （ P <0.05）.Conclusion： Kuntai Capsules combined with thunder-fire moxibustion can shorten the vaginal bleeding time afterrepeated inducedabortion inpatients，eectivelyrelieve postoperative pain，accelerate therepairof the endometrium，and reduce the occurrence of complications.
