The Impact of Hysteroscopic Electrosurgical Resection on the Efficacy and Menstrual Recovery in Patients with Endometrial Polyps/LINLan，XINJialing.//Medical Innovation of China，2025，22（29）： 067- 070

[Abstract]Objective： To explore the efficacy of hysteroscopic electrosurgical resection for endometrial polyps and its influence on menstrual recovery.Method：A total of 1OO patients with endometrial polyps treated at Xinyu Yuanhe Hospitalfrom April 2O22 to April 2O24 were randomly assignedusing a digital table into a control group （ n= ：50，undergoing hysteroscopic examination combined with curetage）and an observation group （n=50， undergoing hysteroscopic electrosurgicalresection）. Treatment outcomes，perioperative indicators， menstrualrecovery， complication rates，and recurence rates were compared between groups.Result： After treatment， the total efficacy rateof treatment in the observation group was higher than that inthe control group，and endometrial thickness at 6 months postoperative intheobservation group was found tobesignificantly greater thanthat inthe controlgroup，the intraoperative blood lossand menstrual volume at3monthsand6months after surgery intheobservation group were significantlyless thanthoseinthecontrolgroup，theoperation time，hospital stayintheobservation group wereshorter thanthose in the control group，timeto return to normal menstruationof theobservation group was earlier than thatof the control group，and the complication rate of the observation group was significantly lower than thatof the control group （P<0.05） .There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups （P>0.05） ： Conclusion： Hysteroscopic electrosurgical resection offers superior treatment eficacy for endometrial polyps， reduces intraoperative bloodlos，shortens surgicaland hospitalizationdurations，efectivelyprotect theendometrium， improves menstrual recovery，and minimizes complications.
