[Abstract] Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of pelvic floor electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with Kegel training on postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD)with gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM).Method: A total of150 postpartum PFD patients with GDM admited to Panlong District People's Hospital, Kunming City from April 2O22 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control groupand an observation group, with 75 patients in each group. The control group received Kegel training treatment, while theobservationgroup received pelvic floor electrical stimulation biofeedback treatmentonthe basis of the control group. The treatment outcomes, pelvic floor muscle strength, pelvic floor muscle fiber fatigue, and pelvic floor function before and after treatment between two groups of patients were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.7% ,which was higher than 82.7% in the control group 0 P <0.05);aftertreatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength grading of the observation group was higher thanthat of the control group ( P <0.05);after treatment, the fatigue degree of pelvic floor muscle fibers in class I and of the observation group were higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05);after treatment, the scores of the pelvic floor distress inventory-short form 2O (PFDI-2O)and the pelvic floor impactquestionnaire-short form 7 (PFIQ-7) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Pelvic floor electrical stimulation biofeedback combined with Kegel training can efectively improvepelvic floor muscle fiberstrength, reduce fatigue, and improve pelvic floor dysfunction in postpartum PFD patients with GDM.
