[Abstract]Urinary tract infection is a common clinical infectious diseases，including simple urinary tract infection and complex urinary tract infection. Caused by various pathogens，but the most common ones are Escherichiacoli，Klebsiellapneumoniae，Enterococcus，tc.Duetothewidespreaduseofantibiotics，thesistaceof pathogens that already have inherent resistance to β -lactam and aminoglycoside antibiotics has further expanded， gradually forming multidrug-resistant bacteria with a wider range of prevalence，which poses dificulties in the selection of clinical antibiotics.Looking back at the changes in antibiotic resistance of common pathogens causing urinary ract infections inthe past 2O years.Therapid development of pathogen resistance nowadays emphasizes the importance of preventing and controling urinary tract infections and reducing the irrational useof antibiotics.
