[Abstract] Objective：To investigate the clinical efect of Xiaozhong Zhitong Mixture combined with Longzhong bone-seting manipulation on the swelling and pain of Colles fracture.Method： A total of66 patients with Colles fracture treated in Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to October 2024 were collcted and randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 33 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with the Longzhong bone-setting manipulation for reduction and splint fixation combined with basic treatment，on this basis，the treatment group was aditionally administered Xiaozhong Zhitong Mixture. The degree of swelling， grading ofswelling， VAS score before treatment and on the1，3 and 5d after treatment and clinical eficacyofthetwo groups were observed，andthe safety indicators wereevaluated.Result： After treatment，the treatment group showed significant improvements in swelling degree，swelling grade， VAS score，andoverall efficacy compared to the control group （P<0.05） ）. No significant adverse reactions were observed in either group during the treatment period. Conclusion： Xiaozhong Zhitong Mixture combined with Longzhong bone-seting manipulation can effctively reduce theswellng and pain inpatients with Colles fracture，with good safety.
