[Abstract]Acute lower extremity deep vein thrombosis （DVT） is a common vascular disease thatcan lead to serious complications such as pulmonary embolism.Thrombus aspiration devices，such as AngioJet and Acostream， play an importantrole in DVTtreatment.Thisarticlebegins with anoverview ofacute lowerDVTand its current status of treatment，followedbyadetailedcomparisonofthediferences betweenAngioJetandAcostreamintermsof operation methods，safety，eficacy，and complication management.Finall，this paper discusses the new progressof thrombusaspiration technology，includingthetrendofminimallinvasivetherapy，theapplicationofnewmaterials， and the exploration of individualized treatment strategies，and looks forward to future research directions.
