Clinical Efficacy of Yupingfeng Granules as Adjuvant Therapy for Children with Frequently Relapsing/Steroid-dependent Nephrotic Syndrome/HU Fangyu，LIN Meihua， CHEN Bin.//Medical Innovation of China，2025，22（24）： 010-013

[Abstract] Objective： To investigate the application effect of Yupingfeng Granules as adjuvant therapy in children with frequently relapsing/steroid-dependent nephrotic syndrome （FRNS/SDNS）.Method： A total of 60 children with FRNS/SDNS who treated at Ganzhou Women and Children's Health Care Hospital from January 2023 to June 2O24 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group ina1：lratio，with 3O cases ineach group.The control group received conventional westem medicine treatment， while the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group received auxiliary treatment with Yupingfeng Granulesonthebasisofconventionaltreatment.Renalfunction，blood lipid levelsand immunological indicators in the two groups were compared，the urine protein conversion rate and the incidence of respiratory tract infection after treatment were recorded.Result：After treatment，both groups showedadecreaseinBUN，Scr，24 hurinaryprotein quantification，TG and TC，these indicators in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were lower than those inthecontrol group;albumin （ALB），IgG，IgAandIgMlevels inboth groups increased，andthelevelsinthe traditional Chinese medicine treatment group were higher thanthose inthe controlgroup，with statisticalysignificant differences （ P- <0.05）.There were no statisticaly significant differences in the comparison of urine protein conversion rate and the incidence of respiratory tract infection between the two groups （ P >0.05）. Conclusion： Yupingfeng Granules，as an adjuvant therapy，have significant advantages over western medicine alone in improving renal function and regulating blood lipid levels，albumin levels and immune function in children with FRNS/SDNS.
