[Abstract]Objective：To explore the effct of the4R crisis nursing intervention inreducing the risk of contrastagent leakage during MRI examinations.Method： This study included 8O patients who needed contrast agents forMRIexaminationsand were alltreatedat Yichun People's Hospitalfrom January 2O23 to December 2024. They were evenly divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group （ n =40） received conventionalnursing intervention and the observationgroup （n=40）received4R crisis nursing intervention. The test success rates，the incidenceof agent contrast leakage，SAS，SDS scores，imagequalityoutcomesand patient nursing satisfaction were compared between the observation group and control group.Result： Compared with the control group，theobservation grouphad higher successrate in the examinationand lower incidenceofcontrast agent leakage （ P <0.05）.Before intervention，there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in SAS and SDS scores （ P> 0.05）.After intervention， the scores of both groups decreased significantly，and the decrease in the observation group was more pronounced， with a statistically significant difference （ P <0.05）. The good and excellent rate of MRI imaging in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （ P <0.05）. Before intervention，there were no statisticall significant differences in nursing satisfaction scores between the two groups 0 P>0.05 ）.After intervention，the nursing satisfaction scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group，with a statistically significant difference（ P <0.05）.Conclusion：4R crisis management interventions can effctively reduce the risk of contrastagent leakage during MRI examinations and improve examination success rates， s well as relieving patient anxiety and depression， improving imagequality and increasing nursing satisfaction with the patient.
