[Abstract] Objective： To explore the effect of Rosenthal efect nursing combined with health education on the perioperative psychological state of patients with severe scoliosis.Method： A total of 82 patients with severe scoliosisadmited to from May 2O22 to May2024 were selectedandrandomlydivided into two groups，with 41 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing combined with health education，while the observation group received Rosenthal effect nursing combined with health education. The nursing satisfaction rate，complication rate，the psychological state score，Cobb angle and health promotion lifestyle profile-II（HPLP-II）score before and afterthe interventionof the two groups were evaluated.Result： The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than thatof thecontrol group，the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group，the diferences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）.After the intervention，the HPLP-II scores of the observation group were allhigher than those of the control group，the Cobb angle and psychological state score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P<0.05） .Conclusion： The application of Rosenthal effect nursing combined with health education intervention during the perioperative period of patients with severe scoliosis can improve psychological state and Cobb angle，reduce the incidence ofcomplications，improve patients'health behaviors and increase satisfaction.
