Effect of Itopride Combined with Rabeprazoleon the Clinical Efficacy and Incidenceof Adverse Reactions inPatients with Reflux Esophagitis/REN Yan，LUODi，NIULina.//Medical Innovationof China， 2025，22（24）：033-037

[Abstract]Objective：To explore the actual eficacy of Itopridecombined with Rabeprazole in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.Method： A total of109 patients with reflux esophagitis who admited in Beijing Jiangong Hospital from January 2023 to September 2O24 were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups using random number table method.The control group （n=54）was treated only with Rabeprazole，and the observation group （n=55）received a combination therapyof Itopride and Rabeprazole.The clinical treatment eficacy，adverse reactions，rehabilitation conditions，esophageal dynamics indicators and symptoms relief time of the two groups were compared.Result： The clinical treatment eficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group （ P <0.05）.There was no statisticallysignificant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P> 0.05）. After treatment， the gastrointestinal symptom rating scale （GSRS） score， percentages of standingposition，lying positionand total reflux time in theobservation group were lower than those in thecontrol group，while generic quality of life inventory （GOQLI） score and lower esophageal sphincter pressure were higher than those in the control group （P<0.05） .Thesymptomsrelief time of the observation groupwere significantly shorter than those of the control group （P<0.05） .Conclusion：In the treatment of reflux esophagitis， the combined application of Itopride and Rabeprazole can improve esophageal dynamics，accelerate the recovery process of patients，shorten the symptoms relief time，and show advantages in treatment effectiveness.
