Effectof MagnesiumSulfate Combined withNifedipine inTreatment of HypertensiveDisordersof Pregnancy/ZHOU Zhen,PENGMeizhen,XUJiahui.//Medical InnovationofChina,2025,22(24):142-146

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the effects of Magnesium Sulfate combined with Nifedipine on hemodynamics,blood pressure and pregnancy outcomes of patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy. Method: A total of 8O patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy admitted to Shangrao People's Hospital from June 2022 to June 2O23 were selectedand divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate, while the observation group was treated with Nifedipine inaddition.The clinicaleficacy,hemodynamic indicators,blood pressure levelsand pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared. Result: The total efective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that of the control group ( P <0.05).Compared with before treatment, the levelsof SBP,DBP,uterine artery resistance index (RI),uterine arterypulsatility index (PI),hematocrit (HCT),whole blood viscosity,urinary cadherin,24 hurine protein (24hUP),kininogen1(KNG1)aftertreatmentintheobservationgroupwereallower than those in the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Magnesium Sulfate and Nifedipine for hypertensive disordersof pregnancy hasabeter effct.Itcanregulate urineprotein expressionand blood pressure levels,and effectively improve the pregnancy outcomes and hemodynamics of pregnant patients.
