Observation on the Effect of Disposable Cervical Balloon Combined with Low-dose Oxytocin in Induction ofLaborinFull-termPregantWomen/WANGJun，XUYing，LIPingmei.//Medical Innovation of China，2025，22（24）： 138-141

[Abstract] Objective： To observe the application effct of disposable cervical balloon combined with lowdose Oxytocin in iduction of labor in full-term pregant women.Method： A total of 8O full-term pregnant women admitted to Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2O21 to June 2O24 wereselected and divided into the control group and the observation group usingthe randomnumber table method，with 4O cases in each group.The control group was intervened with low-dose of Oxytocin，and the observation group was intervened with disposable cervical balloon combined with low-dose of Oxytocin.The status of cervical maturation （Bishop score and totalefectiverateofcervical maturation），vaginaldeliveryrate，neonatal conditions （sphyxiarateand Apgar score），stage oflaborandthe incidence ofcomplications （puerperal infection，ankylosing uterine contractions and postpartum hemorrhage）were compared between the two groups.Result： There wasno statistically significant difference in Bishop score between the two groups before intervention （ P; >0.05）. Compared with the control group， the Bishop score after 12h of intervention，total effective rateof cervical maturation，vaginal delivery rate，and5-minute neonatalApgarscore intheobservationgroup were significantly higher，theneonatal asphyxiarateandtheincidence ofcomplications were significantlylower，andthefirststageoflabor and total stage of labor were significantlyshorter （ P <0.05）.Conclusion：Disposable cervical baloon combined with low-dose Oxytocin has a good application effect in inductionof laborof full-term pregnant women，itcan notonly promote thecervix maturation，butalso increase vaginal deliveryrate，improve neonatal outcomes，shorten thestageoflabor，and reducetherisk of complications.
