[Abstract]Objective:To explore the clinical value of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Ganglioside in the treatment of spinal cord injurypatients.Method:Atotal of 6Opatients with spinalcord injuryadmitedto Brain Resuscitation Centerof Shanghai Tianyou Hospital from December 2O21 to December 2O23 were selected for this study.They were divided into control group and observation group by random numbertable method, with 3O patients in each group.The control group received Ganglioside treatment,and the observation group received hyperbaric oxygen combined with Ganglioside treatment.The treatment eficacy,neurological function[American Spinal Injury Association (ASIA) score],independent function [functional independence assessment (FIM) score]of the two groups were compared.Result: The total effectiverate of treatment in the observation group was higher thanthat in the control group ( P <0.05).There were no statistically significant diffrences inthe ASIA and FIM scores between the two groups before treatment ( P>0.05 ).After treatment, the ASIA and FIM scores of both groupsincreased, and compared with the control group,the ASIAandFIM scores of the observation group were higher ( P <0.05).

Conclusion: The combination of hyperbaric oxygen and Ganglioside in the treatment of spinal cord injury patients can enhance treatment effcacy,improve neurological function and independent function.
