[Abstract]Objective：To explorethe application effect the combination Bulleyaconitine A Tablets and Celecoxib on knee osteoarthritis （KOA）.Method： Numerical table method wasapplied to randomly divide 94 KOA patientsadmited to from May2O21 to June2O23 intoconventional group （47cases） and experimental group （47 cases）.The conventional group was treated with Celecoxib Capsules， and onthis basis，the experimental group was treated with Bulleyaconitine A Tablets，treatment for 4 weeks，the effcacy，pain level，inflammatory response and joint function the two groups were compared.Result：The total effective rate and Lysholm knee joint score scale （LKSS）score the experimental group were higher than those *基金项目：江西省卫生健康委科技计划项目（202312414） ① 抚州市中医医院骨伤科江西抚州344000 通信作者：黄志刚

the conventional group，and the VAS score，IL-1， TNF- ∝ ，and IL-17 were lower than those the conventional group，and the differences were statistically significant （ （P<0.05） . Conclusion： The combination Celecoxib Capsules and Bullyaconitine A Tablets in KOA treatment hasa precise effect， which can inhibit the inflammatory reaction，improve the joint function，and relieve patients'pain.
