[Abstract] Objective: To explore the application of conventional MRI and MRI three-dimensional reconstruction in the evaluation of glenoid bone defects in shoulder dislocation.Method:The clinical data of 80 patients from with shoulder dislocation from January 2O22 to December 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.The three-dimensional reconstruction of CTwasused as the diagnostic gold standard to evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of conventional MRI and MRI three-dimensional reconstruction technology in patients with shoulder dislocation with glenoid bonedefect.The surface areaof glenoid bone defect,the percentage of glenoid bone defect andthebest fiting circle surface area of glenoid bone defect werecompared between MRI and CTthree-dimensional reconstruction techniques.Result:Among the 8O patients with shoulderdislocation,57cases were diagnosed with glenoid bone defects by CTthree-dimensional reconstruction technology.The Kappa values of conventional MRI,MRI three-dimensional reconstruction and CTthree-dimensionalreconstruction were O.573 and 0.910 respectively.The diagnostic eficacyof MRI three-dimensional reconstruction was the highest,the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).There were no statistically significant differencesin the surface area of glenoid defect,the percentageof glenoid defect,andthevalues oftheoptimalfitedcircular surfacearea between MRI threedimensional reconstruction and CT three-dimensional reconstruction in patients with glenoid bone defect ( P >0.05). Conclusion: Three-dimensional reconstruction technique may be a useful auxiliary tool for conventional MRI examination,and itcanaccuratelyevaluate the glenoid bone defect inpatients with shoulderdislocation,and it is expected to be an alternative tool for CT three-dimensional reconstruction.
