[Abstract]Objective： To investigate the influence of Shugan Quzhi Capsules for Tollike receptor 4 （TLR4）/ myeloiddifferentiation factor 88（MyD88）/nuclear factor- κκκκ B （NF- κ B） signaling pathway and blood lipid of patients with non-alcoholic fattyliverdisease.Method：Atotalof 8O patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in Cancer Hospital Chinese Academyof Medical Sciences Shanxi Hospital from January 2O23 to May 2O24 were divided into two groups according to the random number table. The control group （ n =40）was treated with routine treatment and intervention for non-alcoholic faty liver disease，the observation group（n=4O） was treated with Shugan Quzhi Capsulesonthose routine treatmentand intervention.Thetotalefectiverate，BMI，weight，liverfunction[AL，AST and glutamyltranspeptidase（GGT）]， TLR4，MyD88，NF- κB and blood lipid（TG， TC，LDL-C and HDL-C） levels before and after treatment of two groups were compared.Result： The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group，the difference was statistically significant （ P <0.05）. The BMI， weight， liver function，serum TLR4，MyD88，NF- κκκ B and blood lipid levels of two groups before treatment were compared， the differences were not statistically significant （ P >0.05）.After 6 and 12 weeks of treatment， the BMI， weight，liver function， serum TLR4，MyD88，NF- κ Band TG，TC，LDL-C ofobservation group were significantlylower than those of control group，while the HDL-C were significantly higher than those of control group，the diffrences were statistically significant （ P <0.05）.Conclusion：The application effect of Shugan Quzhi Capsules in the treatment of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is better，and itcan effctively regulate the TLR4/MyD88/NF- κκ B signaling pathway and control blood lipid.
