[Abstract]Objective： To investigate the efect Shenfu Injection in the treatment patients with pulmonary heart disease and influenceon heart rate variabilityand oxygen dynamics.Method：A total 1OO patients with pulmonary heart disease in al Chinese Medicine from September 2O23 to July 2024 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method，with 5O cases in each group.Thecontrol group received conventional treatment for pulmonary heart disease，while the observation group was treated with Shenfu Injectiononthe basis theconventional treatment thecontrol group.Thetotal effectiverate treatment， incidence adverse reactions，and cardiopulmonary function indicators Δ[FEV1 ， pulmonary artery pressure （PAP） and HR] and heartrate variability [percentage the difference between adjacentRR intervals > 50 ms （PNN5O）， standard deviation normal-to-normal intervals （SDNN）androot mean square successive diffrences （rMSSD）]and oxygen dynamic indicators [oxygen delivery index （DO 21 ） and oxygen consumption index （VO2I）] before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result： The total effctive rate observation group was significantly higher than thatcontrol group （ P <0.05）.The adverse reaction rates two groups were compared， the differenceswere not statistically significant P>0.05 ）.Thecardiopulmonary function indexes，heart rate variability and oxygen dynamics indexes two groups before treatment were compared，the differences were not statistically significant （ P >0.05）. After 2 weeks treatment， FEV1 ，PNN5O，SDNN and rMSSD in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment，whilePAP，HR，DOIand VOI were significantlylower than those before treatment，those inthe observation group were significantly better than those in the control group （ P <0.05）.Conclusion：The effect Shenfu Injectioninthetreatmentpatientswithpulmonaryhartdiseaseisbeter，itssafetyisigher，anditcansignificantly improve the heart rate variability and oxygen dynamics state patients.

肺源性心脏病为肺动脉高压引发的一类心脏疾病，患者表现出咳嗽、呼吸困难及胸闷等多方面症状体征，是临床研究较多的一类疾病。（剩余5710字）
