[Abstract].Parkinson's disease （PD） is a common neurodegenerative disorder.Besides typical motor symptoms，sleep disorders are also one of its important non-motor symptoms.Including rapid eye movement sleep behavior disorder （RBD），insomnia，obstructive sleep apnea （OSA），excessive daytime sleepiness （EDS），and restless legs syndrome （RLS），etc.，whichaccompanytheentirecourseof PD，significantlyafect thequalityof lifeof patients and accelerate the progression ofthe disease.Polysomnography （PSG）as amulti-lead and multi-parameter diagnostic technique，holdssignificant valueinthediagnosisanddiferential diagnosisof sleepdisorders associated with PD.This article，through theanalysisand synthesis of domestic and foreign literature in recent years，reviews the clinical manifestations，pathogenesis of PD with sleep disorders andthe application progressof PSG in PD with sleep disorders，aiming to provide references for clinicians.
