The Effects of Four-action Approach Extension Nursing and Emotional Nursing on Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Undergoing in Vitro Fertilization/XIA Rui.//Medical Innovation of China， 2025，22（24）：089-092

[Abstract]Objective： To investigate the effects of four-action approach extension nursing and emotional nursing on patients with polycystic ovary syndrome undergoing in vitro fertilization.Method： Acording to the random number table method，8O patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in vitro fertilization who admitted to Shangrao Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2O21 to July 2O24 were divided into two groups， of which 4O patients received routine care as the control group，and 4O patients received four-action approach extension nursing and emotional nursing as the observation group.The quality of life，psychological status and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result： Compared with the control group，the scores of SAS and SDS of the observation group were lower after intervention （ P <0.05）.Compared with the control group， the total nursing satisfaction and generic qualityof life inventory-74（GQOLI-74）score of the observation group were higher after intervention （ P<0.05 ）.Conclusion： Four-action approach extension nursing and emotional nursing for patientswith polycysticovarysyndromeundergoing invitrofertilizationcanrelievenegativeemotions，improve the quality of life of patients and improve nursing satisfaction.
