[Abstract]Objective：To explore the effectof glucagon-like peptide-1（GLP-1）receptor agonists combined with VitaminDon patients with early type2 diabetic kidney disease （T2DKD）.Method： A total of 90 patients with earlyT2DKDadmitedto Xinyu People's Hospitalfrom January2023 toJuly2O24 were selectedastheresearch subjects and divided into groupA，group Band group Caccording to the random number table method， with 30 cases ineach group.Group Awas treated with Metformin Tablets，group B was treated with MetforminTabletscombined with Liraglutide Injection，group C was treated with Vitamin D Drops on the basis of group B.Therapeutic ffcts were observedafter3monthsofcontinuous treatment，therenal function indicators，VitaminDlevels，diabetes control-related indicators，and lipid metabolism indicators before and after treatment among the three groups werecompared.Result： Before treatment，there were no statistically significant diferences in the levelsof urinary microalbumin/creatinine ratio （ACR）， Scr，BUN，serum1，25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 [1，25 （OH）2D3]， fasting plasma glucose （FPG），2 h postprandial blood glucose （2 hPG），and glycated hemoglobin （HbA1c）among the three groups （ P> 0.05）. After treatment，the levels of ACR，Scr，and BUN in group C were lower than those in group A and group B， and the level of 1，25 （OH）2D3 was higher than that in group A and group B （ P <0.05）.Before treatment， there were no statisticallysignificant differences inBMI，blooduric acid （UA），TG，LDL-C，and HDL-C levelsamong thethree groups （ P> 0.05）. After treatment， the levels of FPG， 2 h PG， HbA1c，UA，TG，and LDL-C in group C and group B were lower than those in group A，while the levels of HDL-C in groupCand group B was higherthan that in group A （ P <0.05）.Conclusion：GLP-1 receptor agonists combined with Vitamin D is markedly effctive in the treatmentof patients withearlyT2DKD.Itcanlower urine proteinlevel，increase vitamin Dlevel，and improve blood glucoseand blood lipid levels.
