Efficacy and Safety of Blonanserin Combined with Clozapine on Treatment-resistant Schizophrenia/ LI Weiwei，ZHU Junming，DENG Liyun，HU Chunhua.//Medical Innovation of China，2025，22（24）： 050- 054

[Abstract]Objective：To analyze the eficacy and safety of Blonanserin combined with Clozapine in the treatment of treatment-resistant schizophrenia （TRS）.Method： A total of 8O patients with TRS who received treatmentinGanzhouThirdPeople'sHospital wereselectedfrom May2O23 to August2O24，andtheyweredivided into reference group （Clozapine treatment， n=40 ）and treatment group （Blonanserin treatment on the basisof reference group， n=40 ） by random envelope method.After 8 weeks of treatment，the efficacy，clinical symptom score [positive and negative syndrome scale （PANSS）]，cognitive function （MoCA score），social function[Sheehandisability scale （SDS）]and safety[treatment emergent symptomscale （TESS）] between groups were compared. Result： The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 95.00% ，which was higher than 80.00% in the reference group （ P <0.05）.After 2，4，and 8 weeksof treatment，the PANSS and SDS scores of both groups gradually decreased and were lower than those before treatment，andthe scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the reference group （ P <0.05），the MoCA scores of both groups gradually increased and were higher than those before treatment， and the scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the reference group （ P <0.05）. After 2， 4，and 8 weeks of treatment，the TESS scores ofboth groups gradually decreasedand were lower than those before treatment （ P <0.05）. Before and after treatment，there wereno statistically significant diffrences in the TESS scores between the two groups P>0.05 ）. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P>0.05 ）.Conclusion：Blonanserin combined with Clozapine has a significant effect in the treatment of TRS，and it can effectively improve the clinicalsymptoms，cognitive function and social function of patients，and it has safety.
