Abstract：InVolumeIofDasKapitalMarxconstructsatheoreticalframeworkforlaborjustice，thecoreofichistoexplorete realisticpathtoumanliberatiotroughthecritiqueofthcapitalistmodeofproductionThisideologyisgeneratedintreecotets： ideologicallitevolstowadsmateralistoneptiofistosiftigtusiofjusticetalinividualsinoc production；prctiallitofrotsialalitoatedblatdlbodapialdoatedjusi；mpallitcte paradoxofcapitalandthedilemmaofthelaboremancipationmovement.Itsconnotationsarereflectedinfourfoldcritiquesand propositions：iitizesteexproprativeatureofpritieaccumulationddvoatesforteomnaloeshiofeansoflabit criticizestheforalequalityoflabor-apitalexchangeandadvocatesforequivalentlaborvalueitcricizsthealenatednatureofthe laborprocessddoasforsotanee；itsteloieuetioeaoddotesfor theprincipleofdistrbutionacordingtolabor.Thisideolgyoldssignifcantcontemporaryimplicaions：teoreticaly，itonstructs harmonioussocialistlabrelatiosfroideological，pliticalandulturalperspetives；practicallyitsolestejusticeils associatedwithtecnologicaladvancementbyanalyzingteelatioshipetweetchologyandcapitalreafiringhumanagencyand reconstructing the lifeworld.
