On the Participation of Expatriate Residents’ Community Governance from the Perspective of Social Capital

—A Case Study of Yiwu City，Zhejiang Province Zhu Tingting （Zhejiang College of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics，Jinhua 321015）

Abstract：Basedonthetheoryofsocialcapital，thispaperexaminesexpatriateresidents’participationinthegoveranceof internationalizedcommunitiesinChina，focusingonYiwuanodecityoftheBeltandRoadInitiative—troughits“ComunityPartner” Projectandthe“LaoNiangjiu（nteatioalMediator）ChineseForeignMediationRoom".Afterananalysisofexpatriateresidents’social trust，socialno，socialnetwoks，andteircesstparticipatioopporunities，sellaseipactoftesefctorsoncoiy governance，itifundtattsefactorssigificantlyshapebothteirwilingstengageandthetivenessofcommunitygoveance. Accordingly，thispaperproposesfouroptimizationpaths：fosteringaninclusivecommunityculture，strengtheningcross-cultural communicationandcooperation，refiningcommunitygoverancestructuresandmechanisms，andenhancingexpatriateresidents’social capitalaccumulation，soastoeightenteirngagementandelongingnddvancea“jntconstructionjintgoveanceandsared benefits”social-governance paradigm.
