Abstract：Supportforchildren indistress mustgo beyondmere materialassistance.Focusingondiferentgoalssuchasbasic protectionadselfdevelopentfortesechdren，andbasedondiferentstageslike“frontndprevention”，“targetedasistance，and “professionalevaluation”，awholeprocesservicechainforchildrenindistressisformed，covering“prevention—identfction assistance—eectevaluation.DrawingonthepracticesinJiaxingCitythisstudyexploreshowtheconceptofsystemintegatiocould faciltatemulti-partycollboration，and“enhnceandbroaden”asistanceservicesforchildrenindistresswithehelpofdigital technologyepowement，therebyefinngthe“warm-eartedchildassistance”rightsprotectionwitintheprocessofuldingodelcity of common prosperity.
