BRICS’coperationmechanismlowerstransactioncosts，weavesaninstitutionaletwork tatenargescooperativeincentives，andiproves govermentbarinngpoweractorsthatlikewisesurIdoesia'’sactiveacessionIdonsia’sacessiontBSillshacos at the global，regional，and institutional levels.
