Abstract：TheParty’smanagementofconfidentialtywork，asthefundamentalprincipleofChina’sconfidentialitywork，isthe esentialharacterisicofonfidentialtymanagementandrepresentshegreatestpliticalandorganzatioaladvantageinonducting confidentiaityorkBystematicalleviewingteveopentoftartysanagementofofidentialityoktroughstocal suchasthesocialstrevolutionefoandpeningupandthneeraofsocialismwithChinesecharacterisics，andbystandardigand legalizingthisvisaprsteaticallsummastestocalexpereedisightsiedfroPrtydofidentityok. It exploresthelegalpracticepathsforstrengtheningtheParty’smanagementofconfidenialityworkinthenewerafromtreeaspects： optimizingsystemsandmechansms，maintainingaprobleorientedapproach，andiovatingpublicityandeducation.Teseexploratios provide a strong guarantee for effctivelyconducting theParty’s management of confidentialitywork inthe new era.
