Abstract：During Liang Xi’stenureas thefirstMinisterofForestryandLandReclamationofChina，heconducted multiplein-depth surveysacrosstheountrytoguideforestrydevelopment.Heformulatednatioalforestrydevelopmentplans，guidelines，andpolicies， shapinghispeople-orientedsocialforestryphilosoph.Temaincontentincludes：mobilizingthmasesandrelyngonthem，leveraging thepostiveroleofmasscooperativeorganizations，andfocusingonsafegardingtheinterestsoftemassesLiangXi'ssocialforestry philosopyefectivelysafegardedandpromotedthedevelopmentofChina’sforestryiitiativesandofersvitalinsightsforadvancing modern forestry in the new era.
