On the Standardized Construction of Liability for Eco-Environmental Restoration

Abstract:Taking liabityforeco-environmentalrestorationastheresearchobject，thispaperanalyzestheproblemof heavy restoratioliabilityinfouraspects:inadequatelegalandregulatoryframeworkforcoenvironmentalrestorationlabilitunasoable mechanismforsssingoenioetaldamage，aosoeofsubjeseaingnvioentalrestorationliabilitydbset supporting mechanismsforcoenvironmentalrestorationliabilityInodertoadresstheseproblems，countermeasuresareproposedfor thestandardizedconstructionofcoenvironmentalrestorationliability（1）improvingthelawsandregulationsonecoenviontal restorationliability；（2）efiingtheconviromentaldamageaessmentmehanism；broadeingterangeofsubjectsspsible foreco-environmentalrestoration；（4）establishingcomprehensivesupportingmechanismsforcoenvironmentalrestorationliability.
