On Models and Achievements of Alumni Resources Assisting in College and University Education Practice

Abstract:UsingSPSS22.O,thispapercomparesaccountingandbroadcastingstudentsatacolege toevaluatealumniresource impactsontheiroverallquality,academicperformance,andemployabityTheresultsshowthattheexperimentalgroup,throughalumi lectures,internships,andcarerplanning,gainedmorepracticethanthecontrolgroupfolowingtraditionalteaching.Theexperment provesthatintroducigaluniesoucesancessudents’ploentcompetitivenessandcialadaptabilityrengtensivesity society-idustryiteractionandalignscousesithindustrynds.However,tere’salackofflexibilityandsustainabilitinusing alumni resources.Therefore,further optimization is required.
