On Models and Achievements of Alumni Resources Assisting in College and University Education Practice

Abstract：UsingSPSS22.O，thispapercomparesaccountingandbroadcastingstudentsatacolege toevaluatealumniresource impactsontheiroverallquality，academicperformance，andemployabityTheresultsshowthattheexperimentalgroup，throughalumi lectures，internships，andcarerplanning，gainedmorepracticethanthecontrolgroupfolowingtraditionalteaching.Theexperment provesthatintroducigaluniesoucesancessudents’ploentcompetitivenessandcialadaptabilityrengtensivesity society-idustryiteractionandalignscousesithindustrynds.However，tere’salackofflexibilityandsustainabilitinusing alumni resources.Therefore，further optimization is required.
