AbstractExperimental homework is an important component of middle school physics teaching, playing acrucial role incultivating students'comprehensiveabilities.The articleanalyzes thedesign principles ofexperimentalhomework from the perspectiveofstudent abilitycultivation,icludingtheprinciples of ifeorented,exploratoryopenness,coopation, and process oriented.A series of strategies are proposed from the aspects of designing clear levels of experimental homework tasks,introducing exploratory experimental learning mode,encouraging independent design and innovation, strengthening groupcooperation and communication,and implementing diversified evaluation, inorder to improve the level of experimental homework design and promote students' comprehensive development.
