AbstractSpecial education isan important component of China's education system,and inresponse to thedemand fordigital transformation in education, itisalso necessary to comprehensively promote the deepening developmentof all aspects of education. However, thecultivation of digital literacy among special education teachers inuniversities currently faces some challenges. In this regard, this study proposes corresponding strategies from three aspects: optimizig resource integration and fair distribution, innovating training methods and mechanisms,and building a scientific and effective evaluation and feedback mechanism,to help special education teachers comprehensively improvetheirprofessonalabilitiesinthedigitalageandcontribute totheconstructionofafair,clusive,andefcient education system.
