Development of the Loose-leaf Textbook "Nursing Comprehensive Training" from the Perspective of Industry Education Integration

AbstractInordertocultivate high-qualityskilednursing talents，achieve precisealignmentbetweeneducationalgoalsnd clinical nursing job requirements，research is conducted around theconcept of integrating industryand education， with studentsas thecenter，andschoolschoolcooperationisestablishedtoformatextbook writing team.Basedonextensive research，the teaching content of the "Nursing Comprehensive Training"course is reconstructed，and aloose leaf textbook called "Nursing Comprehensive Training"isdeveloped.The frameworkofthetextbook includes learing objectives，clinical situations，operatioalcotent，taskevaluation，exeriseexpasion，postclassreflection，andschronousonstructioof supportingdigitalresources.Topromote thereformofnursing textbooks，improvethe teachinglevelandqualityofvocational colleges，and provide reference for promoting the high-quality development of nursing profession.
