Exploration into the Practice of Vocational School Teachers' Ability Training Skills Competition Based on the Integration of Industry, Competition and Education

Abstract With the deepening of the secondary vocational mathematics teaching reform under the background of "industry-education integration",schools have put forward higher requirements forthe competencies of mathematics teachers. However,at present,thereare prominent problems in thecultivationand improvementofmathematics teachers' competencies,such as insuficient investment, imperfect guarantee systems, weak self-development and enterprising awareness of teachers,and inadequate industrial support, which have hindered the comprehensive development of teachers.Inresponse tothis,secondary vocationalshoolsshouldstartfrom theperspectiveofthe integrationof"industry + competition + teaching",build asound activity mechanismforskillcompetitions,combine "goal-driven" and "incentive guidance" to promote the growthof teachersbasiccompetenciesand specialskils.At thesame time,schools shouldcarry out dynamic evaluations of skill competitions for teachercompetency cultivation,optimize the process and strategies of skillcompetitionsregularlyandachievethesteadydevelopmentoftachers'competencies,providingasoliduportfor secondary vocational mathematics teaching and education work.
