AbstractDoctor-patient communication is an important part of medical practice，which plays a crucial role in improving the quality of medical services，enhancing patient satisfaction，and reducing medical disputes. Strengthening the cultivation of doctor-patient communication skils in undergraduate internal medicine teaching can not only enhance students'comprehensivequality，butalso laya solid foundation for their future clinical work.Thearticle analyzes the importance and current situation ofcultivating undergraduate doctor-patient communication skils in intemal medicine teaching， and proposes targeted training strategies aimed at providing useful references for intemal medicine teaching.
