Innovative Practices in Student Management by Vocational College Counselors in the Context of Short Videos

AbstractThe widespread application of short video platforms has brought new opportunities and chalenges to the student management work of vocational colege counselors.The article first analyzes the characteristics of student management workofvocationalcolegecounselorsunder the backgroundofshortvideos，mainlyincluding diversified communicationchannels，hightimeliness of informationdissemination，andrefinedbehavioral data; Secondlyspecific strategies forcounselors to innovatestudent management work wereproposed from thre aspects： integrating into theshort video platform ecosystem，designing themed video content，and utilizing data analysis tools.Bycombining theoretical exploration with practicalanalysis，the aim is toenhance the pertinenceand effctivenessofstudent management work， and help students develop and grow comprehensively.
