Innovation of the Teaching Mode of the Engineering Ethics Course from the Perspective of Craftsman Spirit

AbstractAs a professonal spirit and value pursuit, the craftsman spirit has important implications for engineering ethics education. Exploring the innovation ofthe teaching mode of the engineering ethics course fromthe perspective of thecraftsmanspirithelps tocultivate students'professional ethics and professionalqualities.Byanalyzing the core essence of the craftsman spirit and its internal connection with enginering ethics education,specific strategies for integrating the craftsman spirit into the curriculum teaching are proposed: constructing a curiculum objective system ledbythe craftsman spirit,developing teaching cases thatintegrate thecraftsman spirit,innovating teachingmethods and practical links,and improving the assessment andevaluationmechanism.This innovationofthe teaching mode is conducive to enhancing the efectiveness of engineering ethics education and cultivating new-era engineering and technical talents with the craftsman spirit.
