基于数据库建设与OBE理念耦合的“劳动经济学”教学改革研究

摘 要 文章反思、借鉴了国内本科“劳动经济学”教育教学改革的前期成果，在提倡多学科融合的背景下，创造性地将“自然科学的量化分析”与“社会科学的定性分析”编入“劳动经济学”的教学活动中，培养与训练学生财经素养方面的四大能力，实现了学科间专业间的联动合作。

Research on the Teaching Reform of "Labor Economics" Based on

the Coupling of Database Construction and OBE Concept

Abstract This article reflects on and draws on the early achievements of the education and teaching reform of undergraduate "Labor Economics" in China. Against the background of promoting interdisciplinary integration， it creatively incorporates "quantitative analysis of natural sciences" and "qualitative analysis of social sciences" into the teaching activities of "Labor Economics"， cultivating and training students' four major financial literacy abilities， and achieving linkage and cooperation between disciplines and majors.

1  关于“劳动经济学”本科教学问题的前期研究

1.1  教材选用方面

针对课程教材的问题反思，国内前期研究集中反映了一个客观事实，即“劳动经济学”可选择的本土教材不多，本土教材缺少反映中国特色国情的案例。（剩余4552字）
