摘 要 文章以战略联盟理论为基础，探讨了民办高职产业学院治理创新机制的问题。通过对战略联盟理论的阐述，进一步明晰了民办高职产业学院治理创新机制的必要性，探讨了战略联盟理论在民办高职产业学院治理中的构建及实施策略，为民办高职产业学院的治理提供了新的思路和方法。

Industry Colleges Based on Strategic Alliance Theory

Abstract This article is based on the theory of strategic alliances and explores the issue of governance innovation mechanisms in private vocational colleges. By elaborating on the theory of strategic alliance， the necessity of innovative governance mechanisms in private vocational colleges has been further clarified. The construction and implementation strategies of strategic alliance theory in the governance of private vocational colleges have been explored， providing new ideas and methods for the governance of private vocational colleges.
