摘 要 文章基于ISO15189质量管理体系,探讨医学检验技术专业教师需具备的实践教学能力以及ISO15189要素融入教师实践教学能力培养过程的方法与策略,以期持续改进医学检验技术专业教师的实践教学能力,提高医学检验技术专业人才培养质量,培养具备ISO15189质量管理意识的医学检验技术专业人才。

Exploration of Cultivating Practical Teaching Ability for Medical Laboratory Technology Teachers in Vocational Colleges

Abstract Based on the ISO15189 quality management system, this article explores the practical teaching abilities that medical laboratory technology teachers need to possess, as well as the methods and strategies for integrating ISO15189 elements into the process of cultivating teachers' practical teaching abilities. The aim is to continuously improve the practical teaching abilities of medical laboratory technology teachers, enhance the quality of medical laboratory technology talent cultivation, and cultivate medical laboratory technology professionals with ISO15189 quality management awareness.
