面向稀土领域的现代产业学院人才培养模式研究

摘要 江西理工大学以服务稀土产业高质量发展为使命，依托稀土产业链构建课程体系，打破专业壁垒，强化红色基因传承，充分发挥校政企协同育人功能；依托中国稀土集团、中科院赣江创新研究院等高水平实践教学平台，引企研入教，创新了人才培养模式，为地方高校新工科建设提供参考。

Research on 'Talent Training Mode of Modern IndustrialCollege in Rare Earth Fieldl

Abstract  Jiangxi University of science and technology takes serving the high-quality development ofrare earth industry as its mission， relying on the rare earth industry chain to build a curriculum system， break down professional barriers， strengthen the inheritance of red genes， and give full play to the functions of the University's government and enterprise cooperation in educating people; Relying on the high-level practical teaching platforms such as China Rare Earth Group and Ganjiang Innovation Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences，  we have introduced enterprises into teaching， innovated the talent training mode， and provided reference for the construction of new engineering courses in local universities.

2020年8月，教育部与工信部联合发布了《现代产业学院建设指南（试行）》，明确提出以区域产业发展急需为牵引，面向行业特色鲜明、与产业联系紧密的高校，建设一批现代产业学院。（剩余4737字）
