小微企业视域下高职智能型财务人才培养模式研究

摘要 高职教育作为小微企业应用型人才培养主阵地，必须认清数字化时代的人才需求和缺口，就此而言，高职财务人才教育目标必须是培养“既有财会知识，又懂新科技应用特点”的智能型财务人才。然而，目前新型人才培养模式存在技术应用普及与时代潮流相悖的不足之处，亟待解决。

Research on the Training Mode of Intelligent Financial Talents in HigherVocational Colleges from the Perspective of Small and Micro Enterprises

Abstract  As the main position for training applied talents in small and micro enterprises， higher vocational education must recognize the talent demand and gap in the digital era. In this regard， the goal of higher vocational financial talent education must be to cultivate intelligent financial talents who "have both accounting knowledge and the application characteristics of new technology". However， at present， our new talent training model has some shortcomings， such as the popularization of technology application and the trend of the times， which need to be solved urgently.

基于高职教育的特色，高职财务人才就业主要面向的是小微企业，高职院校需培养具有一定职业发展能力的“精财务、懂业务、通数据、能运营”的一线智能型财务人才，助力小微企业发展。（剩余3813字）
