刍议省属地方高校新入职青年教师科研能力的提升

摘要    科研能力是大学新入职教师不可或缺的能力，也是省属地方高校综合实力的直接体现、未来发展的有力支撑。针对省属地方高校青年教师科研能力不强的现状，文章从内、外两方面来分析出现这种境况的症结所在，并从青年教师自身和省属高校两个层面提出解决这一困境的具体措施。

On the Promotion of Scientific Research Ability of New Young Teachers in Provincial Local Universities

Abstract    Scientific research ability is not only an indispensable ability for new teachers in universities，but also a direct embodiment of the comprehensive strength of provincial local universities and a strong support for future development. In view of the current situation of the weak scientific research ability of young teachers in provincial local colleges and universities，this paper analyzes the crux of this situation from both internal and external aspects，and puts forward specific measures to solve this dilemma from the two levels of young teachers themselves and provincial colleges and universities.
