新工科背景下信管专业多主体协同培养模式研究

摘要新一轮技术革命催生了新业态、新模式,也给信管专业人才培养带来新的挑战和机遇,信管专业培养模式必须要紧跟时代发展进行优化与创新。本文对新形势下信管专业人才培养面临的困境进行了剖析,基于新工科理念提出了构建多主体协同培养模式的思路,并对协同保障机制的完善进行了探讨。

Research on Multi-subject Cooperative Cultivation Model of Information Management Major under the Background of New Engineering

AbstractThe new round of technological revolution has given birth to new formats and models, and it also brings new challenges and opportunities to the talents cultivation of information management and information system major. The cultivation model of information management and information system major must be optimized and innovated in keeping with the development of the times. Based on the changes of social needs in the new era, this paper analyzes the talent cultivation difficulties faced by the information management and information system major, proposes the idea of constructing a multi-agent collaborative cultivation model based on the new engineering concept, and discusses the improvement of the collaborative guarantee mechanism.
