Abstract：Mathematicsispositionednotonlyasacarierofknowledgeandtalentsbutalsoasakeyinstrumentfor developingrationalthinking，analyticalabilityandasenseofsocialresponsiblityThisessaydiscusesthevalueandleadership functionofideologicalandpolicaleducationIE）inmathematics.Fromtheviewpointsofvalueorientationmathematicalthinking culivation，andinterdisciplinaryintegration，thepaperproposesnovelwaysforintegratingIPEintomathematicseducation. Throughcasestudiesandtheoreticalanalysis，thepaperadvocatesforcontextualteaching，combininghistoricalandcultural materials，and interdisciplinaryactivities toachievesynergisticdevelopment between IPEand mathematics education.
