Abstract：Withtheadvancementofeducationaltechnologyandtherenewalofteachingconcepts，blendedlearninghas graduallybecomeahottopicinhighereducationreform.ThispaperexplorestheintegrationoftheOBEphilosophyandthe CIPPmodelintheevaluationsystemofblendedcourseteaching.Byanalyzing thedevelopmentofblendedlearningand combining thecorecontentofOBEwiththefourevaluationdimensionsofCIPP（context，input，process，andproduct），a systematicandcomprehensiveevaluationsystemforblendedcourseteaching isconstructed.Thissystemaimstopromoteteaching improvementandstudentcapabiltydevelopment.Itclarifiesteachingobjectivesandleamningoutcomes，ensuresthe appropriatenessof teachingresourcesandconditions，focusesonthequalityofteachingimplementation，andmeasuresthedegree of leaming outcomesachieved.Thisstudyprovidesnewperspectivesandstrategiesfortheevaluationof blendedcourseteaching， whichcanefectivelypromotethecontinuousimprovementof teachingqualityandthemaximizationof studentlearningoutcomes.
