Abstract:Interdisciplinarylearning hasbroughtnewdevelopmentopportunitiesfortherapidgrowthof Management Science andEngineeringdiscipline.However,howtoefectivelyutilizeinterdisciplinarylearningtoenhancetheacademiccapabilitiesof graduatestudentsinthisfieldremainsapressingchalengethatnedstobeexploredandadresed.Throughqualitativeresearch methodsgroundedintheory,aninvestigationandanalysisoftheircultivationproesswereconducted.Itwasfoundthatteaching factorssuchascuriculumdesign,teachingmethods,andteachingcontentdirectlyafecttheknowledgeacquisition,understanding andapplicationcapabilitiesofgraduatestudentsinManagementScienceandEnginering.Enviromentalfactorssuchastraining mechanisms,academicexchangeandsupportfromresearchplatforms,andpracticaloportunitiesserveasexternalforcesfor improvingtheiracademiccapabilities.Personalfactorssuchasindividuallearningabilityandinterdisplinarylearningbackground serverastheinternalforcesforimproving theiracademiccapabilities.Basedonthis,aseriesoftalentcultivationstrategy suggestionsareproposedincludinginovatingcoursesandteachingmethods,optimizingmentorguidancemodels,eliminating managementsystembarrers,andimprovingtheacademicenvironment,aimingtoenhancetheacademiccapabilitiesofgraduate students in management science and engineering.
