Abstract：Interdisciplinarylearning hasbroughtnewdevelopmentopportunitiesfortherapidgrowthof Management Science andEngineeringdiscipline.However，howtoefectivelyutilizeinterdisciplinarylearningtoenhancetheacademiccapabilitiesof graduatestudentsinthisfieldremainsapressingchalengethatnedstobeexploredandadresed.Throughqualitativeresearch methodsgroundedintheory，aninvestigationandanalysisoftheircultivationproesswereconducted.Itwasfoundthatteaching factorssuchascuriculumdesign，teachingmethods，andteachingcontentdirectlyafecttheknowledgeacquisition，understanding andapplicationcapabilitiesofgraduatestudentsinManagementScienceandEnginering.Enviromentalfactorssuchastraining mechanisms，academicexchangeandsupportfromresearchplatforms，andpracticaloportunitiesserveasexternalforcesfor improvingtheiracademiccapabilities.Personalfactorssuchasindividuallearningabilityandinterdisplinarylearningbackground serverastheinternalforcesforimproving theiracademiccapabilities.Basedonthis，aseriesoftalentcultivationstrategy suggestionsareproposedincludinginovatingcoursesandteachingmethods，optimizingmentorguidancemodels，eliminating managementsystembarrers，andimprovingtheacademicenvironment，aimingtoenhancetheacademiccapabilitiesofgraduate students in management science and engineering.
