Abstract: As higher education enters the era of "Artificial Intelligence + Smart Education",AI empowerment in the teaching ofeconomicsandmanagementcourseswillsignificantlyenhanceteachingqualityandlearning experience.Thispaper,grounded inthenewrequirementsforeconomicsandmanagementteachingundertheNew LiberalArtsConstruction,comprehensively analyzesthecurrentstatusandissesofeconomicsandmanagementcoursesregardingteachingmethods,textbookselection, integrationofideologicalandpolicalelements,andinterdisciplinaryintegrationthroughonlineandoflinesurveysof1427 teachersandstudentsfrom15universitiesinShaanxiProvince.FromtheperspectiveofAIempowerment,thepaperputsforward inovativesugestionsfortheteachingpracticesofeconomicsandmanagementcourses,withtheaimofprovidingareferencefor promoting the development of these courses towards intelligence, personalization, and diversification.
