Abstract： As higher education enters the era of "Artificial Intelligence + Smart Education"，AI empowerment in the teaching ofeconomicsandmanagementcourseswillsignificantlyenhanceteachingqualityandlearning experience.Thispaper，grounded inthenewrequirementsforeconomicsandmanagementteachingundertheNew LiberalArtsConstruction，comprehensively analyzesthecurrentstatusandissesofeconomicsandmanagementcoursesregardingteachingmethods，textbookselection， integrationofideologicalandpolicalelements，andinterdisciplinaryintegrationthroughonlineandoflinesurveysof1427 teachersandstudentsfrom15universitiesinShaanxiProvince.FromtheperspectiveofAIempowerment，thepaperputsforward inovativesugestionsfortheteachingpracticesofeconomicsandmanagementcourses，withtheaimofprovidingareferencefor promoting the development of these courses towards intelligence， personalization， and diversification.
