Abstract：ThispapertakesModern IndustrialCollegeofFoodQualityand Safetyastheresearchobject，exploringthe establishmentofaprofesionalgroupcenteredonfoodqualityandsafety，qualitymanagementengineeing，andlinkedwithother disciplinessuchasbusinessadmiisration，mechanicalmanufacturingandautomation，basedonthetalentdemandinthefood industrychain.Thepaperdisusssimprovingthecolaborativeoperationmechanismofsholenterprisecoperationtegatig educatio，industry，andpark，formingapractice-orientedteachingsystemthatblendsengineringandmanagementdisciplines. Thedevelopmentofschol-enterprisecooperativecourses，enrichmentofeducationalresources，andinnovationinteaching methodsarealsoexplored.Thegoalistobuildateachingteamwithsolidteachingabilies，strongengineringpractice capabilities，andstrongindustryservicecapacities.Moreover，amulti-subjectcollaborativemanagementsystemanda multidimensionalpformanceevaluationsstemarestablishedtocutivatehigqualtyapplied，interdisciplinaryndioatie talentsthatmettheneedsofthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofthefoodindustry.Thisresearchprovidesareplicableand promotablepathforlocaluniversitiestobuildindustrialcollgesandexploremulti-subjectcolabrativetalentcultivationmodels.
