Abstract：Thispaperexploreshowtheinnovationandentrepreneurshipeducation inuniversiescandeeplyintegrate with thedevelopmentofindustriesacordingtothedevelopmentneedsofthefourleadingindustriesintheHainanFreeTradePort. Thepaperanalyzesthecurrentsituationandthechallngesfacedbytheinnovationandentrepreneurshipeducationin universities，andproposes aseriesof practical strategies andpaths for the integrateddevelopment with industries.
